Short answers to the questions we hear most.

Getting started

What is AI Film School?

AI Film School teaches beginners how to make films with AI, from first prompt to finished film. Courses follow the real filmmaking pipeline — story, pre-production, footage, sound, editing — with AI tools doing the heavy lifting at each stage. Every course ends with something you made: a short film, a script, or a previz package.

Who are the courses for?

Absolute beginners and curious hobbyists — people who love the idea of AI and want to make films with it. You don't need film experience, coding skills, or expensive gear. If you can use a web browser and follow a recipe, you can do this.

Do I need any experience with AI or filmmaking?

No. Meet Muse starts from zero and assumes you've never used an AI tool. Each course explains every technical term in plain words as it comes up.

What tools do I need?

Just a web browser and curiosity. The courses teach a tool-agnostic pipeline — Muse for thinking and writing, AI video and image tools for footage. Many of the tools mentioned have free tiers, so you can follow along without spending extra.

How long do the courses take?

Meet Muse is 6 lessons you can finish in an afternoon. Your First AI Film is 7 lessons, about 6 hours, ending with your own 60-second short film. The two deep-dives — Narrative Development & AI Scripting and Visual Pre-Production & Character Casting — are 7 lessons each, about 7 hours, each ending with a finished capstone.

Will there be more courses?

Yes. Three more deep-dives are on the way: Generative Cinematography & Video Creation, Voice Synthesis & Cinematic Soundscapes, and AI Editing, Upscaling, & Final Assembly. Join the founding list to hear when each one lands.

Who makes AI Film School?

AI Film School is a project of AI Global Entertainment, built for people who love AI and want to make films with it.

Accounts & sign-in

Do I need to sign in?

To take a course, yes — sign in with Google. Your account lets the school remember your progress, test scores, and purchases. Browsing the site, the screening room, and this help center need no account.

Why is there no password option?

We use Google sign-in so there's no password to create, remember, or lose. One click and you're in. We never see or store your Google password.

Where do I manage my account?

Your Account page shows your profile, your courses, your purchase history, and your progress — it's all in one place.

Payments & pricing

How much do the courses cost?

AI, Explained and Meet Muse are free. Your First AI Film is $19.95, and the two deep-dives — Narrative Development & AI Scripting and Visual Pre-Production & Character Casting — are $39.95 each. The price is always shown on the course page before you pay.

What does "one-time payment" mean?

You pay once and the course is yours forever — no subscription, no renewal, no expiry date. Come back to any lesson any time.

How do I pay? Is it secure?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, the payment processor used by millions of businesses. You enter your card on Stripe's secure payment page — we never see or store your card number.

Can I use a coupon code?

Yes. If you have a code, click "Add promotion code" on the Stripe payment page and enter it before you pay. The discount applies immediately and you'll see the new total.

Is there a bundle discount?

Yes. When you buy two or more paid courses together through the "Frequently bought together" offer, you save 10% automatically — no code needed. The discount shows up in checkout before you pay.

Where can I see my purchases?

Every purchase is listed in your Account under Purchase History, with the course name, date, and amount paid.

Refunds

What is the refund policy?

Every purchase is covered by a 7-day refund window — if a course isn't for you, email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you. Read the full policy on the refunds page.

Courses & learning

How do the courses work?

Each course is a series of short lessons. You read the lesson, run the hands-on exercise, and move on — every lesson builds toward a finished capstone, like a short film or a script. Lessons open with the key idea up top, so you always know what you're about to learn.

What are the exercises? Are they required?

Every copyable prompt in a course is labeled as an Exercise. "Required" exercises sit on the capstone chain — later lessons need their output, so do them in order. "Optional" exercises are enrichment: useful, but you can skip them and still finish.

Is there a final test?

Each course ends with a scored final test that checks what you've learned. You can review what you missed and retake it.

Do I get a certificate when I finish?

Yes — pass a course's final test and you'll earn a completion certificate. It lands on your Trophy shelf in My Account, where you can view it and share it anywhere.

Troubleshooting

The audio or video won't play. What should I do?

First check your internet connection, then do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) — your browser may be playing a cached copy. If it still won't play, try a different browser; Chrome and Safari work best. Still stuck? Contact us and tell us which lesson.

A page won't load or something looks broken.

Try a hard refresh first (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If the problem persists, send us the page address and what you expected to happen through the contact form and we'll look into it.

My payment failed. Was I charged?

No — a failed payment never charges you. Double-check the card number, expiry date, and CVC, then try again. If your card keeps being declined, the decline comes from your bank, not from us — try a different card or contact your bank.

I paid but I can't access my course.

Wait a minute and refresh the page — access is granted automatically right after payment, but it can take a few seconds to arrive. Then check your Account's Purchase History to confirm the payment went through. If the purchase is listed and you still can't get in, contact us and we'll sort it out.
